This is a mobile app  initiative of EHRC in collboration with Government of Karnataka and NIMHANS.

This Mobile App can be distributed to mental health professionals to capture data about basic consultation.Professionals may belong to District Mental Health Program, Government Medical College, District Hospital, Other Organizations.

Mental Health is an important part of overall health and wellbeing.The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic may be stressful for people. Fear and anxiety about a new disease and what could happen can be overwhelming and cause strong emotions in adults and children. 

This application will help the health professionals to capture the data of consultation like Visit details of the patient, Patient details and Psychiatric Problems wherin the counselling and treatment is noted.Consolidated Reports can be generated for the all the data captured.

Major Features includes

• Record Counselling/Treatment data for the Quarantined persons or Covid 19 Affected patients and people facing Psychiatric Problems.
• Physicians can fetch consolidated report of the consultations.
• Geotagging of patient location.
• Admin Dashboard which has the representation of Total consultations,Age group data and category of facility of the patients. 
• Admin panel to create users.
